About Us

Technology-driven hospitality, built by people who use AI daily

BookWithRegent.com is a technology-driven property management and hospitality company. We manage properties for owners, operate our own portfolio, and build AI-powered systems that automate as much of the day-to-day work of property management as possible.

Our philosophy is simple: technology should handle the repetitive work so people can focus on the things that actually require people. That means automating routine communication, operational workflows, reporting, and task management — while still delivering genuinely great hospitality when a guest needs a human. We're growing, and looking for someone who wants to help us build that future.

The Role

Not a desk job. Not traditional property management.

One moment you might be helping a guest with a check-in issue. The next, you could be coordinating an HVAC technician, building an AI workflow, updating a spreadsheet, purchasing furniture for a new property, or figuring out how to prevent an operational problem from happening again. We'll provide hands-on training — what matters most is that you're resourceful, communicate extremely well, learn quickly, and take ownership of problems.

What You'll Do

A hybrid of hospitality, operations, and automation

Respond quickly to guest questions with empathy, enthusiasm, and excellent service

Manage day-to-day operations across our properties

Build and improve AI-powered automations and operational workflows

Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to solve real business problems

Coordinate cleaners, contractors, technicians, vendors, and repairs from start to finish

Track projects, purchases, expenses, maintenance, and operational issues

Work comfortably in Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, and other SaaS platforms

Identify repetitive work and figure out how technology can eliminate it

Help launch new properties from an empty space to a fully operational guest experience

Travel when needed to oversee new-property setup, installations, and repairs

Design and furnish properties — sourcing furniture, electronics, linens, and supplies

Own problems through completion instead of simply passing them to someone else

Who We're Looking For

You'll probably thrive here if you...

Are an exceptional written and verbal communicator

Are naturally responsive and frequently available by phone

Provide genuinely great customer service, even when someone is frustrated

Have strong attention to detail and notice things other people miss

Are comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing track of them

Are a self-starter who doesn't need to be told every next step

Are comfortable learning new technology and software quickly

Think in systems — when something happens repeatedly, you improve the process

Are comfortable working independently and making good judgment calls

Want responsibility and room to grow, not just tasks to complete

What Makes You Stand Out

This is an operations role — but we love technical curiosity

You do not need to be a software engineer. But we'd be especially interested if you've:

Written functional Python, JavaScript, or another scripting language

Built an AI agent, automation, chatbot, or workflow — even a personal project

Used APIs, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation tools

Have a technical, engineering, data, or analytical background

Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Have experimented with AI beyond asking ChatGPT basic questions

Can look at a repetitive manual process and start thinking about how to automate it

Side projects count. Hobby projects count. Things you built because you were curious absolutely count. We care much more about what you can figure out than whether every skill came from a previous job.
Schedule

Not a traditional 9-to-5

Hospitality happens throughout the day. Much of the work is quick guest messages and timely operational decisions, mixed with longer stretches of project and automation work. You should be comfortable with a flexible schedule and being responsive during your assigned coverage periods, including occasional evenings or weekends. Travel of up to 20% may be required, particularly when launching, furnishing, or improving properties.

Compensation & Growth

Real room to grow with the company

This begins as a six-month contract, but we're looking for someone who can grow with Regent. Strong performers may be offered a permanent full-time position with increased compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. For eligible roles, Regent may also provide H-1B sponsorship. Exceptional performers who take on greater responsibility can grow into roles with six-figure-plus total compensation.
